Espumado de refrigerador modificado con núcleos de mayor densidad (45–55 kg/m³ frente a 35 kg/m³ estándar) para estabilidad a temperatura ultrabajas. Uniformidad de temperatura del gabinete ±0.5°C medida según el protocolo WHO PQS E03/IN05.1 — el umbral que deben cumplir los refrigeradores de vacunas.
Utillaje de sistema de alarma y monitorización redundante
Gabinete pre-configurado para sensores de temperatura duales, conmutación de alimentación redundante, módulos de alarma acústica + visual + SMS. El espumado de la puerta incluye utillaje de integridad del sello magnético para detección de apertura. Todos los puntos de montaje del hardware de conformidad pre-integrados en los moldes del gabinete, no añadidos en el montaje.
Vía de utillaje para congeladores ULT de -40 a -86°C
Para congeladores a temperatura ultrabajas (-40°C plasma sanguíneo, -86°C vacunas / muestras de laboratorio), la densidad de espuma sube a 50–60 kg/m³ y el grosor de pared del gabinete a 80–120 mm. Misma plataforma de línea que los refrigeradores médicos estándar — solo cambian el utillaje de espumado y la planta de refrigeración.

Diseño del gabinete pre-alineado con ISO 13485 (SGC para dispositivos médicos), WHO PQS (pre-calificación de refrigeradores de vacunas), CE-MDR (reglamento UE de dispositivos médicos) y pre-mercado FDA. Compliance scope
We supply equipment (CE + ISO 9001). You obtain WHO PQS / CE-MDR / FDA 510k / ISO 13485 on the finished device. Pre-PQS test rig included.
