Chest Freezer Production Line Factory
we manufactures chest freezer production lines alongside refrigerator cabinet-body and door foaming lines. Chest freezer cabinets are foamed horizontally, so the line is built around wave-type PE / EPP cabinet tooling and fixture frames rather than the upright cabinet jigs used for refrigerators — the same fixture template runs from a single-station machine up to the 11-station hydraulic mainstream OEM line.
A typical path starts on the single-station hydraulic linear machine for mould trial and PE / EPP wave-type chest freezer samples (1986 / 1700 / 1186 type), then moves to a multi-station cabinet-body line for volume output, including commercial heavy-duty chest freezers from 220 to 800 L. Door foaming, fixtures and the matching high-pressure foaming machine are supplied from the same factory, so the line is commissioned as one system.

Standalone hydraulic foaming press for air-curtain, wine cabinet and irregular / non-standard cabinet foaming. Water-heated + air-cooling, 50 kW, 40–120 cabinets/shift. Complements existing line for capacity peaking.
Island Freezer Linear Pneumatic Foaming Specialty Machine
Pneumatic single-station specialty foaming machine for supermarket island freezers (2–3 m long cabinets). Air-cylinder clamping for low-cost specialty foaming, water heating, 30 kW. Best fit 50–150 island cabinets/shift.
Linear Cabinet PU Foaming Line — 6 / 8 / 11 Stations Configurable
Linear in-line PU foaming for refrigerator cabinet body. Scalable from 6-station motor-driven (~800–2,500 cabinets/shift, small-medium factories) to 11-station hydraulic (~4,000–6,000 cabinets/shift, mainstream OEM). Multi-spec mixed-line production. Cabinet size 800–2,000 mm L × 450–2,000 mm W × 450–900 mm H. Water-heated, PID-controlled.

16-station crawler-chain door foaming line for mid-to-large refrigerator OEM factories (1,500–2,500 doors/shift). 30-second cycle, water-heated, 100 kW, 17 m line length × 2.5 m wide. Compact alternative to 26-station ground-rail loop for door-mix production.
