رغوة الخزانة مُحكَمة بمعدل نفاذية بخار <0.3 g/m²/24h — مطلوب للحفاظ على رطوبة 65–72% RH باستمرار. رغوة الثلاجة القياسية (<1.5 g/m²/24h) تفقد 5–10% RH أسبوعياً وتُتلف جودة السيجار.
تكامل أجهزة داخلية من خشب الأرز الإسباني
طقم الأجهزة يشمل رفوفاً وواجهات أدراج من خشب الأرز الإسباني (Cedrela odorata) مقطوعة مسبقاً — نوع الخشب الذي يتوقعه المشترون المتميزون. الأقواس والصواني مصبوبة لاستقبال الأرز دون مسامير أو لاصق (العلامات التجارية للسيجار المتميز ترفض أي تلامس مع مواد لاصقة صناعية).

عزل الضاغط تحت 30 dB مقاساً على بُعد 1 m
قوالب رغوة الخزانة تشتمل على جيوب عزل ضاغط مقوَّاة. السيجار المتميز حساس للاهتزاز الدقيق أثناء التخمير — ضوضاء الخزانة المقيسة أقل من 30 dB على بُعد 1 m، أدنى بكثير من حد خزانة النبيذ 38 dB.

Cedar grade
Pre-conditioned Spanish cedar boards (8% moisture, kiln-dried, 6 mm thick). Mould design includes 2 mm expansion gap.
Humidity control
Active humidifier loop + sealed PU walls + amber/UV-blocking glass. ±2% RH stability at 65–75% RH target.
Cooling system
Thermoelectric (silent, premium) / low-vibration Embraco compressor with damper kit. <0.05g shelf vibration for collector positioning.
